I'll admit something today my friends okay?

It makes me cringe inside. I have this cringy feeling

whenever anyone talks about the comfort zone.

I don't know why it just feels like so cheesy repetitive 90s motivational speaker

comfort zone comfort zone I hate, hate the expression.

And I, like, oh, I despise using it.

I really try and use any other language.

I try to create any other form of context

than speaking about the comfort zone.

I mean, all these old quotes, like, life begins at the end of your comfort zone and

are you willing to leave your comfort zone?

And I don't know, for me, I'm sure you have a couple of things like this too right

expressions or words like but you just you just don't like to use not for any

logical reason but just for the reason that they just, they don't sit with you, you don't connect with them, and you frankly just rather say something else, right?

But for the purpose of this episode, I have to use the expression comfort zone because it's familiar and I have a question.

So when you say comfort zone, people know what you mean, right? Your zone of comfort is your familiar zone.

It's where you're not being pushed, you're not being stretched. is your

safe safe there, you feel comfortable there.

So I have a question, because I've been preparing for a presentation that I'm giving and this expression comfort zone came up in a preparation meeting that I had and I'm like,

I'm going to have to change that language. I don't like it.
