Hey guys, it's Ken here and I'm happy to have back my good friends, Mike and Andrew,

from Four Peaks partners. And they started buying mobile homes quite a while ago. And we had

them on in March. If he didn't get to see it, on March 4th, we released a video talking about the mobile

home space, but a lot's changed since them.

And welcome, guys.

Yeah, happy to be here, Ken.

Yeah, yeah, I follow your stuff.

I think it's great.

You guys are doing great stuff, great content. I think that you guys were

ahead of the curve, way ahead of the curve on this affordable housing issue. And so I want to jump

right in because some people might not know, there's 18 million people that live in, you know,

some kind of manufactured home. And that's a, these are affordable

homes. And as, as rents have gone up and as housing prices have gone up, as affordability has been a

problem. And we've seen all this rent control jump around at these different states and cities.

And it's still obviously in the legislatures. and it's a big, big political issue.

I think this is an area that you guys really need to be paying attention to.

What's been really interesting to me is Wall Street's really taking a look at it now, right?

I mean, I see these big, I'm seeing, you know, Coldwell Banker and these big, big, big brokerage houses are putting out these big mobile home parks.
