The first one is from Jeff, from YouTube, is how do I get a second mortgage after having

a first one?

The bank has been really difficult about this.

I have good credit.

They just don't want to put a mortgage on an investment property.

So this is a great question, Jeff.

So it's funny, I'm telling you banks can have a tough time wrapping their head around this.

So I had a one of the kids I was mentoring, you know, had the exact same issue.
