And as you guys know, we all are trolling the internet, troll on YouTube, trying to find

good content.

And one of the guys that I watch a lot is meet Kevin.

And so we reached out.

And here he is.

Hey, Kev.

Hey, thank you so much for having me on. I think that's so awesome.

Well, I love the, you know, like you're going down your lane. I'm going down my lane and we're trying to educate folks.

So why not get on? And I mean, I love the conversations we've had offline, you know, just we went all over the place. And so I think this is going to be fun.

I appreciate your time today. Absolutely. It's going to be great. And I think there's so much that

everybody can learn by sort of merging perspectives. So it'll be super fun. For sure, for sure. So you want to

start? What would you like to start? Yeah, you know, I think probably the biggest thing that's

on everybody's mind is what's going to happen to this real estate market? And where do we go from here?

What do we do with our money? I think we're all in that same boat. All of us want to make money.

We don't want to lose money. So where do we go from here? What do you think? It's a tough question. We get that all the time.

You know, we're doing obviously raises for big commercial projects and we're kind of in that arena.
