Summary
They say sometimes the worst place you can be is in your head. In this short meditation, we get out of it, and into Love. We put our troubles in a box and then put our Full Attention on Silence, noticing that this Full attention IS Silence! This Full Attention is Presence. It is Love. And when we are being That, whatever trouble we placed in the box is solved. That it never was— only this Love is, and It meets every need. When we are feeling Love, aware of and AS It, we are the solution. We are the miracle. And then, with Full Attention, we watch It unfold in time.
I Love you,
Nik

Today's Quotes:
"If you give complete attention,
with your body,
with your nerves,
with you eyes,
with your ears,
with your mind,
with your whole being,
there is no centre
from which you
are attending;
there is only
attention. "
-Krishnamurti
"All of our thoughts will pass away. Whatever is beyond our thoughts is God."
-Rumi
"Being is primary.
All labels are secondary.
Being-human
Being-cow
Being-pig
Being-chicken
Being-lamb
Being-fish
Being- tree
Being- flower
Have compassion for All.
The labels are mind games.
Being is Omnipresent.
Being is your very own Self."
