of 2021 after just four months of waking up before the sun to do my mantra-based meditation

to just be before I had to be Nikki for my family. The idea came, the impulse came to

create a daily show. I knew how important these mornings were in my life, like how important

it was to turn toward love every day and to intend to stay in and has that love all day.

And I want it to share because that's what I've always done. Whatever I'm on, I'm sharing

because I can't help but do that. And so I reached out to platforms like Apple, I

heart to pitch the idea and I didn't get any response. Note like crickets. And so one

day in May after a chat with a friend, I realized I have to do this alone. I have to go this

alone. And so I took a picture. I took of myself on my roof for Instagram because I was

trying to take more selfies because I don't post on Instagram if you have not noticed.

And I'm like, ah, this will make a good cover. And I started recording episodes and did

research on podcasting and platforms for independent creatives and learned about best practices

and found an editor and then quickly learned that no one can edit this but me too. So that's

just more more time in the day because I know what has to be left in every episode usually

is about 30 minutes. And then I cut it down. It's like I'm gifted a jigsaw puzzle every

day and I have to make it into a coherent message. And so again, an inside impulse was like

June, you go no matter what you go in June. And so I launch and I start sharing Monday

through Friday and then with feedback and my emails and my DMs, I start hitting Saturday

and Sunday too Monday through Sunday and July 2021. Love appeared as Angel Leigh brought

me to the breakfast club. By August, those same platforms that I reached out to reached
