| 1:47.0 | And a part of you is saying well why don't we just take a few minutes here to utilize what I like to call mapping |
| 1:59.0 | where we are the witness of our anxiety sensations, the suppressed feelings in our bodies, |
| 2:05.0 | the emotions that are running through our system. |
| 2:10.0 | Let's take a few moments to be the witness of things, right? |
| 2:15.0 | Going on in the inner world or the outer world doesn't matter. |
| 2:21.0 | There's a part of you that wants to do that, that wants to apply that, that wants to be like that. |
| 2:27.0 | But then there's another part of you that wants to do something because it is motivated |
