Words are commands, words are taken literally by your subconscious mind therefore it's vital that we pay closer attention to the words we are using. Every word we utter either perpetuates negatives states such as anxiety or moves us into courage, inner peace, and self love.

commands, okay? As you go about your day, you have to pay very close attention to

the words that you are speaking. If you speak words to other people that keep

you in a vibration of fear, you need to replace those words instantly. You cannot

finish a sentence with some sort of victimhood attached to it. You must replace

it with the direction that you are actually headed in your life, which is

towards self love, inner peace, and true enlightenment. Words and thoughts for

that matter are taken very literally by your subconscious. You must
