Hello, hi and welcome to another episode of the Emma Gunn Show and I suppose another update in instalment of what is going on with the whole weight loss effort I've been calling it,

haven't I? So this idea that at the beginning of March,

I said I wanted to drop 10 pounds. But what I really meant was that I wanted to reduce my body

fat and to increase my muscle mass, all of which is great as a woman in her late 40s who wants to

try and do the best she can in order to navigate perimenopause and menopause with far greater ease and having lean muscle

mass is known to be a very good thing when you are going through those particular changes in life

and so it is that last week i reached the eight pound weight loss mark which i will explain why it was sort of peculiar for a couple of

reasons. Peculiar for the first reason, because when I stepped on the scales and I saw the weight

flash back at me, it was the first time I had realized that that was actually my goal weight when I had joined Weight Watchers and trying to do

the mental arithmetic, I think I joined Weight Watchers that time and had success in either
