For me, mindset wise, I've had to figure out, okay, so, you know, I can't be all doom and gloom.

I gotta figure this out, right?

So first thing I do, I start listening to Grand Cardone.

So I start, I start feeding the brain. So I actually listened to 10X like this week.

And when he wrote 10X it was actually right after the collapse, right? I think so think so yeah because he was talking about all the

foreclosures and what was happening at that time so I was like okay this is almost like

similar to what's about to happen or what's going to happen.

And then he talks about, you know, like before, right?

If I used to make a hundred offers to get a flip, you got to do ten times the offers to get the right flip,

which is actually what I started doing.

I started thinking about, you know, if before I needed to make $10,000 in passive income,

I need to shoot for $100,000 to actually like make something happen right because trying to get $10,000 a month right now is tough if you're starting from scratch.

So what I'm doing right now is just taking 10 times to action

Understanding that I'm taking all the accountability. I don't know if you remember

Chapter 6 in the book where you said it's called don't be a little

oh yeah yeah yeah so he was like don't be a little B everything is your fault you

know if you get into a car accident, you shouldn't, you know, you shouldn't be driving at that time.

Why are you driving to your clients? They should be coming to you. So I'm literally going through that right now where I'm like, okay, everything fault how do I what do I need to do so I

need to take more action I need to actually do what you just said so I I found a

flip like this week and instead of trying to do it myself I actually reached out to another wealthy investor student who has cash but can't find deals and we are trying to JV it right now.

So literally just trying to figure out what can I do,

because I can't wait.
