How would you coach me to do that?

Yeah, so I think cashful, when I said cashful earlier is dead,

I don't mean it's dead in every regard.

Cashful has shifted from passive rentals to business.

And so I'm not saying like Bob go buy an ice cream shop, but the business in

business in real estate. So what I would say is like assisted living, sober living houses,

things like of that nature, Airbnb still in some areas, depending on where you're at.

And I actually I'm still still, yeah, yeah, I'm still big on, I'm still big on I'm still big on Airbnb in areas that are heavily regulated.

I love that.

Maui is an example.

So Hawaii is an example.

They don't want more of them.

They're militantly against them.

Yeah. So when you have one that's legal in the right area and you play your cards right,

now of a sudden you have something that nobody else has so supply and demand like I'm going to be fine

and so I would look into the business a man the other day I was actually in Maui and some guy was jogging

and he stops me he's like hey Brandon Turner from bigger pockets and I'm like I was and we're talking

for a little bit but I was like so what do you do he's like oh I got into assisted

living and so he does these group homes for elderly people.
