Hello everybody welcome to another episode of the savvyavi Painter podcast.

This week I want to talk about how to take back your power.

And here's something that I've noticed.

A lot of artists think that the results that they have right now in their work and in their

studio should be different than what they actually are. and they are surprised sometimes by the results they have by the

outcome or sometimes they don't think it's fair that they've

have been achieved more and maybe other people have. Or they think that they've paid their dues and they've put in their time and now they should be seeing results,

these fabulous paintings and all these people buying their work.

They're resisting the result that they actually have and they're confused about why it isn't different, why things aren't the way that they expected them to be or that they hope that they would be or feel like it's that should again they feel like things should be different than what they are.

The reason I want to talk about this

is because when we're thinking that way,

it's really disempowering and I want all of you to be empowered with your work and

I don't want you to give your power away to other people or other things because it's yours and you're

the person who should have it.

So the problem is when the result doesn't match what you think you're entitled to based on the effort

you put in and the time that you have dedicated to getting the result that you want.

And if you're brutally honest,

which this can be difficult,

you may notice that you have not been acting

on the full truth of what you're capable of,

the full truth of your skills, and the full truth of the quality
