trials and tribulations I've had of the new office that I moved into. I recently moved

into a new office because I always had an office from home and it was becoming really difficult to work at home with

my housekeeper, with the kids, with all of that. And so I recently moved into a new office. However,

whenever I recorded my first podcast and said through to Mark, my creative director, Mark said to me,

it sounds like you're sitting in the toilet. You need to re-record. I was like,

oh my God, because it takes so much out of me to record these podcasts. Well, it doesn't take a lot on me,

but I really get my heart and soul to them. So anyway, I found, I ordered loads of these,

you know, like these foam pads from Amazon. I had a guy come in and fit them today. Of course, we only had one packet arrive. He did one full wall,

but even that full wall has made such a difference to the sound. So I'm sitting here in the

evening, in my office recording this podcast. It's so lovely. The light is dim. It's lovely and

padded. It feels so warm and cozy. And I really feel like I'm just here with you guys.

Alone, I always feel whenever I'm recording these podcasts that I really am talking to you. Like I imagine you on the treadmill, on the stairmaster,

driving your car, you know, doing your chores at home with your ear pods and walking. I imagine
