1:25.1 | it's not really affecting us. And, you know, people didn't really know, you know, much about it. They were still able to go around or go about their daily |
1:31.5 | lives. But I think that what's happened this week is with the, you know, the isolation and the |
1:38.9 | government's response and the closing of restaurants and the closing of gyms and all that kind |
1:43.1 | of stuff. It's not just about something that's, you know, affecting you a little bit anymore. |
1:47.1 | It's about something that is affecting everybody. |
1:50.1 | And unfortunately, with the closure of cafes and restaurants and people, you know, |
1:53.9 | isolating at home and not going out and spending money, it's also massively affecting the economy. |

2:04.5 | about how to cope emotionally, some different strategies that you can use to get through this |
