I'm Scream Well, hello, my friends.

You are listening to another episode of Truth Talks with Tara, where we're all about uncomplicating

what it means to live for God in your day-to-day life, knowing, loving, and living God's

truth, taking the overwhelm out of taking the gospel, and practically applying it to your

everyday life. I am your host, your friend Tara, and you and I are going to sit down today.

I have a little heart-to-heart chat as the last episode of the year and bittersweetly the last episode for a couple months

as I take a little hiatus, a little Sabbath from the podcast. If we haven't met before, like I said,

I'm Tara. I am a wife, a mom to a few little boys, and I get to speak and write books and podcast and I think the through line of everything that I do,

whether it's speaking words here or on a stage or speaking words at home or speaking words

through a book is to help people know God's word.

So actually know it with their minds.

But as we know it, we begin to love it,

helping people love God and love being in His Word, in His presence. And then as an overflow,

we get to live it out. So what does that look like as wives, moms, students, ministry leaders,

people working in 9 to 5, people working at home, empty nesters, no matter where you find yourself.

That has been my heart for how everything started.

Now, I had to scroll back in my, like, Apple podcasts and, like, back in my records.

And I'm pretty sure we've had the podcast for six years, which is crazy.

Doesn't feel like that long, but also feels like kind of a long time in a lot of

ways. A lot of life has changed. I've grown up on this podcast. The Lord has grown me, stretched me.

I've gotten married since then, become a mom, written books, just life in general. Gone through some

grief, some highs, some lows, some joys, some joy, some success, some failures,
