0:24.3	Friends, it has been so long. It feels like since I've sat down to talk to you guys on the podcast, we're officially back after a, what I was calling,
0:29.8	a sabbatical, a break from the podcast. The last episode was like the last couple of days of
0:36.1	2025 in December. We've taken a few months off,
0:39.4	we as in me, to rest, reset. And the reason why I did this was not only because I was feeling
0:45.3	a tug from the Lord to pull back and to just step back, but also because I realized that
0:53.2	besides the times that I've had my two boys and gone on a bit of a
0:57.3	maternity leave, I haven't really taken breaks from releasing episodes on the podcast.
1:02.0	And we have had an episode every single Tuesday for like six years, which is so wonderful,
1:07.9	so amazing, totally thankful to the Lord.
1:14.1	But just me being so very human i definitely needed that break and it was so good it was so god-breathed because i really feel like it
1:19.2	revived me and refreshed me to come back to the show and also spend some time praying about
1:24.5	lord what do you want to do new? Speaking of new, if you are
1:27.7	watching on YouTube, that is a new element that we are introducing. If you're watching on
1:33.0	YouTube right now, you will see that right next to me. I have another chair. We are in my home,
1:38.4	my home quote unquote studio. It's really just one of the rooms in our home. And I will be
1:43.1	inviting guests in person, my parents, my friends, my husband, mentors, people
1:48.3	that just really mean a lot to me.
1:50.1	And maybe we can convince some of my online friends to come out here and record with me.
1:54.2	But I'm so excited.
1:55.5	It's been a dream for a long time to have a little corner to record like this and to do
1:59.1	video.
