I woke up this morning feeling stress, even a little bit of anxiety.

In fact, I woke up with a headache and I could tell that it was a stress headache.

I mean, that's just crazy to wake up with that feeling of stress.

And then came out and started walking.

And I've been walking for just a little bit before I pressed record.

And I can tell you that the headache is gone.

The stress feels lowered.

And the anxiety has dissipated.

There's something about walking that can be a huge antidote, a powerful antidote, to stress

And I've learned over the years over and over and over again that when I'm feeling that stress, that anxiety, one of the best things that I can do, if I have the opportunity, if it's possible, sometimes it's not always possible, but if it is, one of the best things I can do is to take a walk.

Recently, I was driving back from Maryland and was feeling this stress.

I didn't have the opportunity to walk.

I mean, I could have pulled off to the side and taken a walk, but at that point,

I just wanted to get home as quickly as possible. And so there are times when, you know what,

taking a walk isn't a really good option. But when it is, when it is, I have found that it can be powerful,

almost even medicine. Movement is medicine, experts have said. And I am feeling that as I begin this
