1:04.6	you become more successful. Instead, if you look at the landscape and how things you're playing
1:09.3	out right now, my hallucination is over the next three to seven years there's a pretty good chance
1:14.8	and it's gonna be fun to watch this show three to five years from now that the
1:18.3	real estate industry might look a little more like this. Yes, we'll still always have that DIY opportunity and certainly there's many
1:30.9	for sale banner sites that are making that even more attractive for that segment of the market.
1:35.2	There's always going to be that wholesaler business, but they're now going to struggle because a much bigger percentage of the business could become the eye buyer, right?
1:44.1	The hedge funds and all the other businesses out there and you see the announcements every
1:48.4	single day of who's coming into this space because everybody wants to own the US real estate market and not just the market
1:56.1	the houses and the rent because at the end of the day it's a phenomenal real estate
