Hey y'all I am thrilled at the reception that the team and I have been seeing for the

expansion tour so in case you've been sleep the expansion tour kicks off this

weekend in DC on October 6th. The expansion tour

is all about inviting you to reimagine what your life would look like as

your most expansive self. I don't know about y'all but 2019 has been so transformational. I have

personally expanded far beyond where I thought I could go and I am so eager to dig

into how to take care of yourself, how to tend to what it is that you need

as you are in this very wild journey as a spirit having a human experience.

So join me in all of these cities. I'm so excited.
