You guys ever been so stressed out that the crazy starts leaking out of you in the most uncomfortable

of situations?

Um, hi, have you met me every day?

Quite often.

Like when's the last time you guys just had like, I don't want to say an inappropriate, just an emotional

public meltdown that if people didn't know what was going on in your life they're like

that woman's kind of crazy but it only happened because you were all stressed out.

This is really really weird that you're asking this because it literally

happened like a week ago.

What happened?

Well, and thank God it was dark and I had a washcloth over my eyes so people couldn't tell.

But it was at the end of yoga so I'm in a full-on hot yoga class and I'm

laying there and I don't want to go into where my mind went or what my mind did but

all of a sudden as I'm sitting in Chivasana at yonder yoga, I'm just like,

Oh my gosh, I mean like, I mean, and I can just fear, instead of filling the tears like rolled down my face, like I can just feel instead of filling the tears like rolled down my face

I could just feel them like seeping into the washcloth and then my face was like

hell a red because I am like the ugliest crier known to man and my face gets beat red but it just

looked like I had like you know done high yoga so it was easy to hide when I

left but oh I mean straight up and the class was packed and I'm just over there in

the corner. Just sobbing away.

I want to ask you if you've ever had one of these.
