walking for fitness in 2013. Still take an intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now,

and I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. All right, before we get started,

actually, we're already started. Before I start talking about this thing that could supersize your walking, I want you to hear something.

So I'm out early in the morning, which is when I tend to walk and record the podcast.

And I'm near a lake, which is behind our community.

And just before I pushed record, I heard something.

It's like, what?

Oh, I know what that is.

And, of course, now that I get closer, it's going to, it's going to stop.

On the other side of the lake is a grove of trees.

And, oh, did you hear that? And in the grove of trees and oh did you hear that and in the grove of trees is a chorus of frogs and they were really loud and at the moment they're really quiet there's i guess that's a frog i hope that's a frog. I hope that's a frog. I can hear them starting.

All right there.

Being a little shy at the moment.

It's like I can hear a few of them and then they get quiet.

Well, that was worth a shot. The other day I was sitting in my home office doing some work and

my home office is in the front of the house.

I've got a couple of computers and I'm working on one of the computers.
