Today we're going to talk about one of my favorite aspects of what I call lifestyle fitness, a lifestyle of fitness.

Before this podcast existed, there was a weekly, actually it started as a twice-weekly blog.

The initial name was Goal 20,000 steps.

And that was in conjunction with the 20K one year step challenge,

or my goal was to walk 20,000 steps every day.

After I crossed the finish line and completed the one year step challenge,

I renamed the blog because I actually thought the name

goal, 20,000 steps would be a little intimidating because how many people are searching

the internet for, I want to walk 20,000 steps a day? What's out there about that? So renamed it to what it is today, walking as fitness.

And so well before, that's a pretty sounding bird.

And so well before the podcast began, I was writing these weekly blog articles.

And for quite a long time, the most popular article I had was, I think, the title, the downside

of walking 20,000 steps a day.

And the short of that article, of that post was simply, the downside is, I don't like to sit.

I have a really hard time sitting for long periods of time, which on one hand is like, so what, no big deal,

but it actually is a big deal in certain circumstances.

When I'm in meetings with coworkers, and the meeting goes long, and I start getting answered,
