Summary

Today, I’m going to share step-by-step instructions for an amazing technique that's one of the best sore throat remedies I've found. To perform this technique, find the area of dysfunction and work on the opposite side. This remedy seems to work by affecting the fascia in the back of the neck to create space in the front. This also allows you to control the pitch and volume of speaking and singing more easily. Here’s how to relieve a sore throat step-by-step: 1. Locate where the problem is 2. Draw a circle to the same spot on the opposite side of the neck 3. Press with 2 fingers on the spot while holding the head 4. Hold for 1 to 2 minutes Find the most tender spot! Assess if the tenderness moved up or down after implementing the technique. If so, try again on the most tender area. This sore throat remedy helps improve circulation and space in the area. You can even perform this on yourself with my special tool!

This is a technique that I used in practice

0:22.2

where I started having all sorts of opera singers

0:25.1

fly in from all over the place to get this done. I'm going to show you exactly how to do

0:29.7

it step by step. It is so simple. What you do is you take the area of dysfunction, let's say it's

0:35.2

right here, and you just work on the opposite side and one big structure that I

0:40.6

didn't really understand until recently is the facial connection

0:44.2

between the vocal cords and how it connects to the vertebrae right next to it.

0:50.2

So I think what's happening with this technique is you're basically affecting fascia and the back part to create space in the front part.

It opens up. With air going through it, you can control the pitch and the volume of speech and singing

1:06.8

the vocal chords are an amazing thing because they are affected by emotions and you can listen to someone and really pick up their

emotions in their voice. The vocal courts have an amazing ability to repair

1:19.6

but they do get inflamed. They do have a mucous layer that actually protects them from dehydration,

but the vocal cords and the voice box are part of a larger facial structure.

1:33.2

So let's dive right into how to do this technique, okay?

1:35.8

Number one, you want to locate where the problem is, like in the front part here.

1:42.3

And then you want to draw a circle all the way on the back part,

1:45.8

okay?

1:46.7

And if you're going to have someone else do this technique,
