Hi everybody. Welcome and meet Renee. Renee Landers, girl, I have been stalking you on my Instagram account. I am fascinated with you for a multitude of reasons. First of all, welcome to the podcast. I'm so glad you're here. I think you're going to inspire an enormous amount of women today.

Well, thank you, Dominique. I am thrilled to be here, and I really appreciate this opportunity,

ladies need to know that. Well, yes, not just over 50, but over 60 and over 70. Would you tell everybody how old you are? Yes, I'm 73 and proud of it.

A rock star. Okay, so if you tell everybody your Instagram account. Okay, it's Renee Fit at 70. It's

R-E-N-E-F-I-T-A-T-S-0. Now, it's 70 because I started it when I was 69, and I said, well, I'm going to plan ahead, and I had no idea. I'd still be doing this at 73, but I'm not changing. It's Renee Fit at 70. That's it. And that's the best place to reach me too. Well, it's an amazing place.
