2:09.1	You can, you look here and this is a, this is a deal I probably would buy. It's probably in a flood zone, which is perfectly fine. It's been on the market for 212 days. So check that out. It's been on the market for 20012 days. So let, you know what, maybe I should call them. 212 days on market. So what does that tell you? Okay? That tells you that she, her sellers in pain, right? It's 7.30 at night there. I don't want to, like, bother her too much, but let's just call her real fast. Show you there's, by the way, this is called taking action, guys.
