Summary

This podcast is for anybody with the goal of living at 100%.

You've heard of affirmations, but have you used them successfully? Join me daily and I'll guide you through a very simple and brief activity where I'll give you 2 affirmations, a question to ask yourself and a quote to ponder. 

You do not need the book to get benefit out of the podcast. :) 

I've also added a tip jar to the site, on the main page and the podcast page mentioned above. You don't need to tip. But any gift is appreciated so that I can keep this project going.

idea. Okay. I'm here every day with a couple of affirmations, a question for you to ask yourself

and a quote to ponder throughout the day. All designed to help you either shift to a positive

mindset or maintain it. You'll have just enough time to write the affirmations or the questions

And then after the podcast is over in order to gain as much benefit from it, the experience as you can, you'll rewrite each affirmation about five times on posted notes and leave those wherever you will see them throughout the day.
