It's pretty clear in scripture that God thinks generationally. He thinks long-term, and we would do well to have that same kind of mindset when it comes to marriage.

We want generations to follow us and to see faithfulness in our relationship.

I'm John Fuller with Dr. Greg Smalley and his wife, Aaron.

They lead the marriage team here at the ministry.

And Greg, you come from quite a legacy of marriage ministry.

For those who don't know, go ahead and just share a little bit about that.

And then your role in extending that legacy.

Yeah, I grew up in the home of a guy named Gary Smalley. So he was one of the

original marriage gurus and taught on marriage for many, many years. He and my mom had just an

amazing marriage ministry together. So kind of coming out of that, it's definitely something that I'm

aware of, just that legacy that my, my parents have left

us, and what that looks like then with Aaron and I in our family. I was watching Aaron last night.

I even told you this. So we were, we were just kind of settling into bed and in, in, in our daughter called,

she, she and her husband, um, their son, who's now six months for our first grandson,
