because pretty much every community in North Dakota is white.

But, or alternatively, it could go through a native community.

And, of course, as history requires,

it's going to go through the native community.

It's going to go through the darker skin people's community

in order to possibly pollute their water sources.

God forbid, we do that to the white people.
