can do to enjoy sex more. But today we're going to talk about things not to do.

So we're going to talk about six things not to do during sex. Gay, why don't you tell us one first.

Okay, well, let's start with this one, which I think is so easy to do, and that is to check out during sex.

And I think by checkout, we mean to have your mind somewhere other than what you're doing.

You know, there's kind of a typical joke about making your grocery list during sex or, you know, putting your to-do list together for the day. And I think it's really

easy to fall into that. But we wanted to encourage our listeners to make an effort not to check

out during sex, but to engage, you know, of course, in part because sex is about intimacy,

and when you're engaging with your spouse,

it's more intimate.

But also, it can really lead to it being more fun and interesting and exciting for you.
