After a crazy busy week, I am home from Nashville Market and want to share what I took away from the trip. While in Nashville, The Boutique Hub team hosted our biannual event for our Mastermind members. For those of you who aren’t familiar, Mastermind is a program for our highest earning and experienced boutique owners, all of whom have been in the game a while, and twice a year they come together with our team to roundtable and learn from each other’s experiences. Man did we learn a lot! We talked successes, struggles, solutions, we laughed, we cried … we covered it all.

1:29.0	And it was really exciting to see some excited vendors and happy boutique owners finding what
1:34.6	they were looking for, but also having a great time while they were doing it. Besides being in
1:39.0	Nashville for market last week, the team and I, a few of us on the team, had an opportunity to meet up with our
1:45.5	new round of mastermind students. So many of you know at the boutique hub, we have all kinds of
1:52.1	amazing members, the majority of you listening here as a part of the boutique hub, right,
1:57.0	our monthly membership. But we also have a few other programs outside of membership, one being
2:01.6	retail boot camp, which is like college for boutique owners, all the detailed training. And we do take
2:06.5	a private retreat to LA in the fall when you're part of retail boot camp. But then even beyond that,
2:11.2	we have a program called Mastermind. And this is for some of our highest earning and most experienced
2:16.6	boutique owners who have been in the game
2:18.5	for a while and they apply for this program and we do it twice a year we've got six semester long
