I have literally, literally had a group of friends going on a vacation to a different state together and only knew 24 hours beforehand where we were even staying.

There's no itinerary.

We don't know.

We're going to show up.

You know, half of us are going to want to do one thing, the other half are going to want to do the other thing. It's going to kind of be a cluster, but there's no planning involved.
