All right, I'm here to help you kick off your Monday, a little bit better, a little bit lighter.

I don't know what it is about Mondays during the summer, but I find it harder to find motivation to get through the week.

And it's going to be a hot one this week, y'all.

It's going to be like a high at 98 here.

It's a summer thing for you?

Mondays for me generally just tough to get up. In the summer it's worse.

Yeah, in the summer it's worse for whatever reason.

I feel like in the winter, everything's kind of, blah.

But like in the summer, like those weekends, like you're living like life to the fullest

on the weekends and then Monday gets here and it just hits harder.

Yeah.

And I guess in the wintertime, I mean, it's so crappy outside that you can give yourself excuse to stay in and not go out.

But when it's sunny, there's the pressure.

I got to be outside.

I got to be living life.
