Good morning. This is Laura. Welcome to the Before Breakfast Podcast.

Today's tip is that the year isn't over yet. Whatever your goals, there may still be things

that you can achieve if you choose to. This episode is first airing in late October.

If you are the sort of person who made New Year's resolutions, you likely made your

resolutions for this year almost 10 months ago, and perhaps some have stuck. But perhaps other

goals have fallen by the wayside, or simply been forgotten. Life gets busy. Life can change,

and that can be fine. But if there is something you truly want to do, there is no reason to wait

until January to try again. There are still close to 10 weeks left in this year.

10 weeks is enough time to do a great many things, and indeed the smaller quantity of time

might give focus to goals that might have felt more nebulous back in January.

For instance, maybe there is somewhere you'd like to visit in the course of the year.

If you have unused vacation days, maybe you can go visit over a long weekend.

There might not be time to save up for somewhere expensive.

But somewhere more local or low-key could absolutely be doable. Look out over the next 10 weeks,
