Today's tip is inspired by an episode of the podcast, No Stupid Questions, with Angela Duckworth and Stephen Dubner.

Duckworth recounted how the investor Faraz Dewan met Kip Charter School's co-founder Dave Levin at a party.

He asked him, what's the best idea you've never executed?

Levin said that using behavioral science to help kids improve their lives was that idea.

From that conversation grew the nonprofit Character Lab, with Dewan as board chair,

Now, my guess is that Dewan knew a little bit about Levin, and when he asked that question,
