It is. It is the winter solstice or the December solstice. That week is cast on day for the self-indulgent knit along. It is. And we are recording about a week earlier than we usually would so that Gail and I can have a little break to work on our self-intulchement projects.

Exactly. And we tried very hard yesterday to do our annual recording with Robbie, our wonderful friend and moderator, who is Boxy Sweeter

gal on Ravelry and Instagram. And Technology One, we lost. So we don't have Robbie with us,

but Charlene had a brilliant idea. We will record with Robbie in April. So we might be rescheduling that whole episode to

April when we can record in person and together. Yeah, absolutely. And it's always better to

record in person. True. So we're looking forward to seeing her in April. Yes. All right.

So what are you wearing?

Well, thrown across my lap like a blanket right now is my huge fading point shawl.

Fading point is a rectangular shawl patterned by Hohe-Locatelli.

I knit mine in five skeins of neighborhood fiber

beast of a rectangular shawl I am am not kidding. And I have been using this often on as a

shawl and as a blanket. Yes. And Gail and I are recording in the car today and we like to have
