Good morning. I'm Ali Velshi. It is Saturday, November the 26th. We begin today with an under-the-radar outcome of the 2022 midterm elections, but one that is extremely important in the ongoing fight for democracy.

Republicans are set to take control of the House of Representatives in the next Congress,

0:21.6

and one thing GOP leadership has suggested we should expect is less funding for Ukraine's defense

1:45.7

The strikes have killed several dozen people, wounded scores more, but they've left millions

1:50.1

without power at any given time, right as winter sets in in a uniquely cold nation.

1:56.1

These attacks are mainly meant to provoke terror amongst the Ukrainian citizenry.

1:59.9

They are, in effect,

2:06.3

terror attacks. And now the European Parliament has designated Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism, adding that these deliberate attacks by Russia against civilians constitute war crimes.

2:12.7

A new report by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, for Human Rights, I'm sorry,
