0:42.3	So I'm super excited about this podcast because obviously Nils and Dr. Cam are the experts here on the wife's role in marriage.
0:50.6	Just kidding. But what do you guys think? What do you think is the wife's role in marriage?
0:55.3	I think really, if you look at it from God's perspective, I think we see the words like helper
0:59.5	and lover, those kind of things, which is the key role. And I think that the good thing about
1:05.6	that is that that's a really important role for a wife to take because God equipped her to do that in a way
1:11.9	that he didn't equip us as guys to do that. Something we cannot do for ourselves. And so what a wife
1:17.9	brings in those roles is just essential to the marriage relationship. I mean, if it's not there,
1:23.0	the marriage, the family just goes just down the tubes.
1:28.8	Yeah, absolutely.
1:30.0	Do you have anything to add to that now?
1:34.4	Just looking, you know, as far as prepping for this podcast, you know,
1:39.5	respect is the other word that you see throughout the scriptures is that, and it's a mutual.
