We've all heard the child song.

The wheels on the bus go round and round.

What if the wheels on this country are not going round and round, but coming off?

Hello, there are everyday Americans Paul Engel here with the Constitution study, where we read and study the Constitution, teach the rights generation to be free.

Glad you could join me today. There are some stories that have been popping up and, well, I'm not saying we've never

had this problem before, but it seems more and more that the wheels on this bus may be coming

off. Now, maybe, if we're smart, we'll recognize and do something about this, but first we have

to recognize that there's a problem. That's the first step, right?

Admit there's a problem, then figure out ways to seal it, just to deal with it.

So I'm actually going to start out in the case Louisiana versus Callas.

Now, this is the Supreme Court case that dealt with the Louisiana's racial redistricting violating the Constitution, right?

Because the Voting Rights Act said that, you know, you have to allow for minority,

majority minority districts, right?

The districts that are majority composed of those who are minorities in the state.

But, of course, that requires a racial bias in the districts.

Now, the SCOTUS issued an unsigned order.

Really, it was done like the Monday after their decision in the Louisiana

versus Callas case. And it was done for a reason. You see, the state had a primary coming up.

And they had a congressional map that was deemed unconstitutional,

which really put them in a conundrum, right? Do we continue with a primary that is

using a map that's unconstitutional, which makes no sense? Or do they delay the primary until they can go through the everything to, well, to actually
