If your family has always bonded over alcohol, it can feel lonely to be sober during the holiday season. It’s a challenging shift to put yourself first and not people-please to make others comfortable during the holidays. But believe me, you can do it.

Today, I'll discuss how you can still be involved in holiday festivities, how to invite your family members to support you, and ideas for starting new traditions that don’t include alcohol.
