1:35.8	Music help to you know I'm Last evening I started talking to you about Jesus and the disciples, and we started in the early chapters of the gospel according to Matthew where Jesus called the first disciples to himself.
1:40.8	You remember, it was two sets of fishermen brothers.
1:45.8	There was Simon Peter and Andrew.
1:50.7	There was James and John. And Jesus used the same two words with them. He used the same two words throughout the book. And he used the same two words with us. And those two words are, follow me.
1:57.3	All the way through, Jesus was calling people to follow him.
2:02.4	That's really what it means to be a disciple.
2:04.4	It's to be a learner or a follower of the Lord Jesus.
2:07.3	Now, the really interesting thing about Jesus and the disciples
2:10.2	is that the disciples were not unusual men.
2:13.6	They weren't anything special.
2:15.8	Nobody would have picked them out of a lineup.
2:17.3	Nobody would have said they're the most likely to succeed.
2:20.5	In fact, they were the most unlikely, hodgepodge group of guys you've ever seen in your life.
