Several years ago, when we first began the Enjoying the Journey broadcast, we started with my favorite book of the Bible.

Philippians. And the theme, of course, of that great book is the joy of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Truly, it is the Bible treaties on what it means to enjoy the journey. Now we're thrilled to share

this anniversary series with you again in the hopes that God will use it in your life to help you learn to enjoy the Lord Jesus Christ at whatever stage you happen to be on on life's journey.

What is the greatest day of your life? And I hope you're having a great day today. I hope,

in fact, it will get better as the day goes on. But may I tell you that today may be the greatest day of your life?

How so?

Because today may be the day that you see Jesus Christ face to face.

Do you understand that at any moment Christ may come?

At any moment we may hear a trumpet and a shout and the dead in Christ rise, and we rise to meet

Christ in the clouds. Can you imagine what a day that would be? Did you look outside this morning?

Did you see a cloud and think Christ may step out on that cloud? You know, we live so many days

with no thought for the greatest day of our life. It's one of the days we must never forget.

Now, we've learned already in Philippians chapter one that the first day we must never forget is the day of our salvation.

The day you entered into the fellowship with God and with other believers.
