which are yeah definitely now when I put on my Instagram story that I had listened to Joe Rogan's podcast about the game change and changes with Chris Cressor and I recommended people to watch it just because I thought it was really insightful and just super, it's a super amazing podcast. Me and Ben have both listened to it. It's about four hours long. It's quite hefty. And I actually got a lot of hate for telling people to listen to his podcast and it was from
