Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

One of the things that I don't have as much access to here in Myrtle Beach is a really good location for hiking.

When Ava and I were in Asheville, North Carolina, we did some

hiking in, well, I guess the area was considered the Blue Ridge Mountains, but we were on the

grounds of the North Carolina Arboretum, and they had hiking trails that were very much hiking trails. There was no traffic going on the grounds of the North Carolina Arboretum, and they had hiking trails.

It were very much hiking trails.

They were not paved.

They were in some areas, very uneven with roots and rocks.
