Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

Let's go for a walk. I'm already feeling the humidity. It's well before sunrise. It is going to be a warm day and it is going to be sticky as it tends to be in South Carolina.

Ava and I live in Myrtle Beach, a couple of miles from the ocean,

and this is the time of year that the weather here gets extreme. We usually have about three

months of, oh my, and a lot of the people who live in Myrtle Beach in our community, I can't say all of

in the day. They're inside, they're enjoying the air conditioning. They might be out early in the

morning, taking a walk, going for a bike ride. But then when that heat and that humidity ramp up, they're hunkering down until the next morning.

And I can already feel the humidity is going to be pretty intense.

One of the nice things, though, that comes with the heat and humidity because we're so close to the ocean,

about two miles from the ocean, is there's almost always a breeze, even a calm breeze. Sometimes

it can get really windy. And on those hot sticky days, the really windy conditions feel nice.

Those are conditions I'll be whining about in the winter.

But this time of year, it's like, yeah, bringing on.
