We are going to focus the rest of today's show on

Joe Biden's botched withdrawal from Afghanistan two years ago and so many times we

will book a guest quite sometime in advance as we see events proceeding but I

woke up this morning with the two-year anniversary of that botched withdrawal

in 13 deaths and so many people that I know who served them were changed because

of it. Marcus the trail of my dear friend is a household name across the

country because of Afghanistan but he went through hell and he lost some good

friends and I'd say he got a better run of it than most people and a lot of

folks didn't come home and then out of nowhere I see a post by our

old friend Jerry Dunlavy released today Biden wants us to forget his

disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal a Taliban takeover Americans and allies

abandoned and 13 US troops killed Biden won't hold himself accountable so James

Hassan and our old buddy James Hassan many of you will remember him do so in our

new book so Jerry Dunlavy has just apparently gotten too big for us Hassan's

often DC or I don't know where he is now and now they've written this book that

happens to drop on this day and he was kind enough to spend some time with us

the book is Kabul the untold story of Biden's fiasco and the American warriors

who fought to the end James is a veteran Jerry I don't think you are but what

was your reason to write this there's so many things out there that you could

write about thanks Michael and I am I will never be too big for your show no

no one can be so why do we write this book you know James like you mentioned
