Let's talk about Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden,

Bolton County, Georgia, the newest indictments against President Trump, Rico statutes.

We get to what that means in a moment, but that's the nuclear option of prosecution when you

go Rico's statute. It also tells you when you see a Rico case brought, it tells you that they don't

have surveillance video, they don't have eyewitness testimony, they don't have a strong case,

because a Rico statute is the equivalent of saying, I don't, I didn't see you do it. I kind of

figure you did. You know, we got calls into the station that said y'all are drag racing at 100

that y'all are drag racing on the highway and going 130 miles an hour. Did you hit it with

the speed gun? No, I wasn't here. Okay, well, then you don't know. That's the equivalent of

what's going on. Then we'll get into the case later and the case will develop. I want to caution you

that there are a lot of amateur lawyers out there and a lot of amateur observers and a lot of

people who are holding forth that don't actually know what they're talking about. I also want to

tell you this, if somebody tells you who's going to win the game this Sunday and they say it with

a lot of Carl Roe tells you Detroit lives are going to beat the Chicago Bears this way. They're

going to win. These people have learned to say things with such confidence that people buy their

BS. Nobody knows how this case is going to turn out, but you're not invited back on Fox or

Newsmax or CNBC or MSNBC or anywhere else unless you're very confident because confidence

convinces people that you are correct. It's not even in doubt. You're not standing in a pinion,

you're stating a fact. And people will email me, hey Michael, this is what's going to happen over

there. Says who? That's what's going to happen. Don't you give me your source?
