This coming Monday morning at 21st at 10 Central. You'll see it listed as 11, but they

mean 11 Eastern because it's on the East Coast. President Trump will hold a press conference. We will

take that press conference live. He says he will present irrefutable evidence from a report that makes

his case. You don't typically see someone who has been accused of a crime, particularly a serious

crime, holding a press conference. You almost never see that. Their lawyer might hold a press conference.

That's rare, but that will happen. And the reason you don't do that is that the client, the accused, the

defendant, anything they say can be used against them and often will. So as a lawyer, you want to

protect your client by keeping them quiet. So why is Donald Trump holding a press conference? Because

Trump is Trump. He's going to shoot from the cuff. He's going to say exactly what he thinks. He's

going to insult the district attorney who deserves to be insulted. He's going to insult the governor.

Who deserves to be insulted? He's going to insult the Department of Justice, Fat Alvin Bragg,

Merit Garland, and any number of other people. Because that is how he feels. And that's what he does.

God love him for it. And lawyers will tell you that's not good for his case.

Perhaps that's true. But Donald Trump's eye is on the prize.

The court he's where he's trying to win is the court of public opinion.

If Trump locked down and let some lawyer, whoever that is,

tell him what to do in hopes that it might reduce or eliminate his punishment that he's not Donald

Trump anymore. The president of the United States is bigger than any lawyer.

The moment the lawyer is in charge is the moment, the bluff, the bluster, the greatness

of Donald Trump has lost. He's not about to do that. And that's what's going to make this so
