Today's going to be a real and raw episode for a couple reasons.

One today marks the 20th anniversary of 9-11,

a day in history that I know any American that was alive during that day will never forget.

And there's a story I want to share with you about one of the many heroes that day.

And specifically, I want to share with you something that he said at the very end of the show

that will tie into the theme of today's episode.

I want to first, you know, preface that I'm going to say some stuff that you might agree

with or you might disagree with.

But know that I'm saying all of this out of love for our country, for the amazing people

who have fought for it, that live in it, and who will be the

ones who lead and create the future of it. We're at a really critical point in time in the

history of our country. And I know for me personally, I feel called to speak up, to stand up,

and to make sure, no matter what

happens, I am not a part of the silent majority. And I'm encouraging any of you who might feel

that way, too, to do the exact same thing. Now is the time for leaders like you and I to step up and to exercise the freedoms that we have.

Now is the time everyone needs to stand up and speak out for what they believe in because if you don't, if you remain silent, it may be too late.

And I say that as humbly as I possibly can. If you remain silent, it may be too late.
