My intention with this show is that you leave each episode feeling so seen, but also with

some tactical tools to help get you from where you are now to where

you want to go in your life, career, relationships, and maybe even in your journey as a mom too.

So girlfriend, let's do the damn thing.

To be honest with you, it is hard for me to even grasp the idea that I'm recording this episode about this topic. But I've always

been someone who feels really called to share what's going on in real time, even if it's

really, really shitty, because I just feel it can be helpful. And I just don't want

you to feel alone if you're going through this. And if you have a friend that's going through

this and you can send her this episode, like, it really sucks if you feel alone. And so we're going to talk about it.

It's also a topic that needs to be talked about more. And unfortunately, I've now gone through

this twice. I just experienced my second miscarriage.

And it's really heartbreaking.

It really is the club that you don't want to be part of and to have two back-to-back miscarriages.

It's not even like a heartbreak. It's like a full shatter. And oh my God. It just sucks.

So my hope with this conversation is to take you along on the journey, as I always do in anything in my life.
