I'm pumped about the topic, but also because

just to be real with you, I feel so much lighter and so much happier and joy filled compared

to the last episode that I recorded, which normally I dropped two episodes a week, but I only

dropped one last week and the week before because I have just

been navigating all of the emotions that come with a miscarriage. And, you know, that particular

episode I talked about our second miscarriage. And holy crap, that hit me really freaking hard.

But like anything, anything that you're going through right now, especially if you're

like in the thick of it and it feels really heavy, whether it's fertility or business or career

or relationship or someone in your life is doing some health stuff or you are or whatever,

regardless of what it is, it can feel so heavy and overwhelming. And for me, like, I felt like my heart was literally shattered.
